Founder and CEO of The Glam Station and Spa and The Bonner Institute ®️ , Terrance Bonner ™️ has over 14 years of experience in the beauty industry as an educator, 2x award winning author, 45 x award winning LMT and LE, Spa & Wellness Expert. HE has taught over 5,000 skin care and massage therapist professionals on topics ranging from chemical peels, manual lymphatic drainage, waxing and advanced modalities in massage therapy and esthetics. Bonner has won multiple awards in his field including Best Massage Therapist in 2015, and Best Aesthetician 2016, 2018, and; The Best Spa of Mississippi in 2019, allowing him to be featured on NBC, ABC, FOX, and CBS. Business Journal Top 40 under 40 in 2022. He is a 2023 World Massage Therapy Hall of Fame Inductee. Bonner won Esthetician of the Year in 2024.

Bonner created his first Cologne for Men “The Velvet Man” and Perfume for Women “Satin Rose” in 2024.

Bonner won Businessman of the year 2025.

Bonner currently sits on The Mississippi State Board of Massage Therapy, as Chairman.

Her journey began as a makeup artist, but her passion for restoring skin health led her into esthetics — where she now specializes in acne, hyperpigmentation, ingrown hairs, and customized corrective treatments. Beyond the treatment room, E’toshia is a powerful educator and business strategist, helping service-based professionals transition from technician to CEO.

Lauren A. Morgan, Esq. is the founding attorney behind Activated Law & The Legal Know where she specializes in entities, contracts, IP and employment law. A tenacious powerhouse from the start, Lauren Morgan enrolled in college at the age of sixteen and started her first business. Voted one of the “Top 10 Solo Firms in AZ,” Lauren has continued to defy gravity while leading with faith. Sharonna Shelton, M.S., I/O Psychology is a Licensed Advanced Esthetics Instructor, curriculum developer, and educator with formal training in Industrial–Organizational Psychology and behavioral health. She specializes in the psychological dynamics that influence leadership, burnout, boundaries, and performance in service-based industries, particularly within the beauty and wellness space.

With over a decade of experience as an advanced esthetics professional and national educator, Sharonna has trained and mentored beauty professionals across the United States while simultaneously studying how workplace behavior, power dynamics, and emotional labor impact business outcomes. Her work bridges applied psychology and real-world business practice, helping professionals understand how mindset, identity, and organizational culture directly affect sustainability and success.

Sharonna is widely recognized for her expertise in advanced skin treatments and ethnic skin care, while also bringing a trauma-informed, systems-based lens to education and leadership. Her teaching approach blends evidence-based psychological principles with industry-specific insight, equipping beauty professionals with tools to lead ethically, protect their well-being, and build businesses that last.
